Aisha Hinds, an American actor best well-known for her performances in the tv shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her introduction in 2003 she has proved her abilities as an actress by giving amazing performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her performance as Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. However it was her performance as women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer, in the biography film All the Way that finally earned her recognition as an actress. Hind was also praised for her role as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's period show, the drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The show was renewed for the third season by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently finished filming the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The movie is expected to premiere mid-2019. The dad Krishnaraj was a Army scientist who passed away on March 18, 2017 and her mother Vrinda is a domestic worker. Aditya is her elder brother, and is a merchant naval engineer. Her older brother, Aditya Rai coproduced and cowrote Dil Ka Rishta along with their mother. Her family moved to Mumbai in the city, where she attended Arya Vidya Mandir. Jai Hind College in Mumbai was the place where she finished her secondary schooling for one year before enrolment in D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. She was awarded 90% marks on her H.S.C. exams. The student studied classical music and dance for 5 years throughout her teenage years. Her favorite subject was zoology. Bachchan was studying architecture at the time when she was elected Miss World in 1994. The model was elevated to the upper echelon with the help of. Her career was booming with PepsiCo Inc. and Vogue magazine along with the opportunity to be a spokesmodel for L'Oreal Paris in 2003. Her acting career began to a good start thanks to her acclaimed roles for her in Iruvar (1997) as well as Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan made her the spokesman of New Bollywood with these films that defied Bollywood's basic structure. Bachchan gained the title of Queen of Bollywood through her portrayal of Paro the betrayed love in Devdas a film which was among Bollywood's most popular film productions. It was also the first Bollywood film to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. In the following years, she was praised for her role in the film Chokher (2003) which was a tense thriller based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel. This year she was appointed as the first Indian actress to be on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan was on screen in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice a musical and dance version from Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. That was when Bachchan brought her star power and beauty to her first important English-language film. After releasing Provoked: a True Story in English, she went back to Bollywood and appeared in the film Dhoom: 2 (2007). In April 2007, she got married Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star and the daughter of Bollywood great Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's most prominent personalities.
